We ship to all countries that support the basic shipping method (EMS)
How long does it take for orders to ship/process or does it vary depending on the product?
Custom orders usually require 1-2 weeks for production. It will arrive from Japan via EMS in about 1-2 weeks.

Generally, we do not accept returns or refunds. If the customer is unable to receive the product due to their own reasons and the product is returned to Japan after the storage period has expired, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for reshipment. About shipping cost
Items are generally shipped by EMS (international mail). Shipping is generally a flat rate of $30. (There are exceptions as it varies depending on the weight.) After shipping from Japan, it usually arrives within 1-2 weeks.
If you require a faster shipping method, we can change the shipping method to FedEx Express.In that case, the shipping fee will vary depending on the weight of the product, but it will start from about $60. (In most cases, it will arrive within about 3 days of shipping.)
